About Vet My Bidder
We are rooted in the auction business and there is nothing more problematic than vetting reputation scores of “new to you” registered bidders. Then reading through rows and rows of data; only to find out that the issue started by a customer registering for an online auction who doesn’t ship and gets banned, or something else that has nothing to do with the customer being a defrauder or costing the business money. From there the score snow balls in negative territory to where it becomes – we don’t accept bidders with a negative score etc.
Our goal is to resolve these types of issues by providing not only our industry, but other industries with the same problems – a much needed service and record of bad bidders who have cost a business money.
We ONLY want to capture bidders who have defrauded or stole services from you and cost you money! A one stop shop of a valid, easy to use, easy to search database at a very affordable cost. As an auctioneer, cost is always on the top of my agenda and how can I control it!

About Michael Huff
Michael Huff is a licensed auctioneer with decades of experience. With his wonderful wife Donna, they own and operate UBid Estate and Auction Services LLC. in Gun Barrel City, just outside of Dallas. Michael is dedicated to helping other auctioneers thrive.
In his free time, Michael enjoys distilling spirits, working on classic cars and motorcycles and enjoying family time. He is an avid follower of cryptocurrency which he believes could revolutionize auction payments and even auction items themselves (NFT’s).
In 2014 Michael and Donna’s grandson Landon Jaymes “little man” Willis passed away. In his memory they urge others to donate to St. Jude’s hospital or other cancer awareness activities like “The Blast” sponsored by Cooks Children’s Hospital in memory of their grandson Landon.
